DSU Associates LLC is a UAE-based professional services firm specializing in audit, tax advisory, and corporate compliance services. We are establishing a back office in Surat to support our growing UAE client base and are seeking a talented professional to join our team.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Managing Partner (Dubai) / Audit Manager (Dubai)
• Team Structure: Part of a cross-border team with professionals in UAE and India

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant / experienced Senior Accountant to manage audit engagements for our UAE-based clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure and work with diverse business structures across UAE free zones and mainland jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit assignments for UAE-based companies across various industries
• Prepare financial statements and audit reports in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with clients and the Dubai team for audit planning, queries, and deliverables
• Review and verify accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Assist in internal controls evaluation and compliance assessments
• Prepare comprehensive audit working papers and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations
• Stay updated on UAE regulatory requirements and accounting standards

• Trading companies (jewelry, diamonds, textiles, general trading)

• Free zone companies (DMCC, JAFZA, and other UAE free zones)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
• CA Final level / Semi-qualified CA OR
• Senior Accountant with minimum 3-5 years of relevant audit experience

Core Competencies:

• Strong accounting fundamentals - Perfect understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and audit procedures (Non-negotiable)
• Audit knowledge - Good grasp of audit methodologies, working paper preparation, and audit documentation
• MS Excel proficiency - Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and financial modeling
• MS Word expertise - High proficiency in Word as we prepare financial statements in Word format
• Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients and team members in English and Hindi

Specific Technical Skills (Optional but Helpful):

• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS / AS)
• Basic understanding of IFRS (can be trained)

• Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Work Schedule

• Start Date: As soon as possible
