Audi/VW Service Shop Foreman

Anchorage, AK • Full-Time • Up to $140,000 OTE • Audi • Volkswagen

Swickard Auto Group started with one dealership in 2014. We’re now at 50+ locations across five states — consistently ranked by Automotive News as one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country. Reputation.com puts us top 5 in North America.

We’re a hospitality company that happens to sell cars. Most dealerships make the service experience miserable. We’re building the version that doesn’t — applying the standard of a Ritz-Carlton or Wynn Las Vegas to every service bay we operate. At Audi Volkswagen of Anchorage, that means a shop that runs with precision, pride, and a team culture that actually makes people want to come to work.

It requires someone who can diagnose at a high level, lead without micromanaging, and keep a busy dual-brand shop moving without letting quality slip.

Anchorage is a unique market. The guests here are loyal, the winters are real, and the team you'll be leading depends on a Foreman who shows up with both the technical depth and the leadership instinct to bring out their best. If that's you, keep reading.
