Austin Stainless Steel Tig Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Stainless Steel TIG Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in precision work, has experience with stainless steel fabrication, and can meet the high standards required for food and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies.
• Fabricate conveyors, processing equipment, and custom projects.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, grind, polish, and finish stainless steel to sanitary standards.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in all fabrication tasks.
• Collaborate with the shop team to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of stainless steel TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with polishing and sanitary welding practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and able to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Experience (a plus):

• Conveyor or processing equipment fabrication.
• Food-grade or pharmaceutical equipment welding.
• Forklift or shop equipment certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
