Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Advertise roles across job boards (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn), social media, and internal channels
- Proactively source candidates using direct search, talent pools, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and provide candidate feedback
- Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, EEO, and privacy requirements
- Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
- Provide recruitment reporting and market insights
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in Australia
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment practices
- Experience recruiting across multiple role types (white-collar, blue-collar, or specialist roles)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
