Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Australia (Hybrid/Onsite/Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Reports to: Recruitment Manager / HR Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Advertise roles across job boards (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn), social media, and internal channels
• Proactively source candidates using direct search, talent pools, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and provide candidate feedback
• Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, EEO, and privacy requirements
• Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
• Provide recruitment reporting and market insights

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in Australia
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment practices
• Experience recruiting across multiple role types (white-collar, blue-collar, or specialist roles)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
