Authority Engineer - NOCS (Contracting)

Abu Alnaga Contracting is hiring an experienced Authority Engineer in Dubai.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can independently manage and obtain approvals, permits, and NOCs for construction projects across all relevant Dubai authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage authority approvals and NOCs for contractor projects
• Coordinate with all government and semi-government authorities in Dubai
• Handle submissions, follow-ups, and approvals from authorities such as:
• Dubai Municipality
• RERA
• DDA
• Trakhees
• Civil Defense
• DEWA
• RTA
• Etisalat / du
• Nakheel / Emaar / Dubai South / TECOM (as applicable)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and developers
• Resolve authority comments and expedite approval processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai construction authority approvals
• Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and submission procedures
• Experience working with contractors on high-rise and major development projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple authorities and approvals simultaneously
