Authorized Third Party Manager

Job Overview
Vistancia Motor Vehicle Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager to oversee the daily operations of an Authorized Third Party (ATP) Motor Vehicle Services office. This individual must have a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in motor vehicle services operations and possess a valid RAC (Responsible Authorized Contact) License Number in the State of Arizona. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with ADOT and MVD regulations, managing staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight

- Manage day-to-day operations of the ATP office
- Oversee all MVD-related transactions including title transfers, registrations, and driver services
- Ensure compliance with all ADOT/MVD policies
- Maintain accurate records and reporting

Regulatory Compliance

- Act as the primary RAC for the business
- Ensure adherence to ATP program requirements
- Manage audits and regulatory updates

Team Leadership & Staffing

- Supervise and train staff
- Develop schedules and manage performance
- Recruit and onboard employees

Customer Service Excellence

- Maintain high customer service standards
- Resolve escalated issues
- Foster a professional environment

Financial & Administrative Management

- Monitor transactions and revenue reporting
- Assist with budgeting and planning
- Coordinate with ownership on growth strategies

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications

- Active RAC License Number in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 3 years of ATP or MVD experience
- Knowledge of ADOT/MVD systems
- Leadership and communication skills

- Experience managing or opening ATP office
- Audit and compliance experience
