We are actively seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our team and provide essential support to clients within the autism community. The ideal candidate will possess experience in ABA and hold qualifications such as Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). **Duties and Responsibilities**

- Engage children in age-appropriate and developmentally- appropriate activities that promote learning and social interaction.

- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all children at all times.

- Ensure the well-being and safety of children, monitoring their activities and providing guidance as needed.

- Assist with daily living skills and routines, fostering independence and confidence in the children.

- Identify and seize naturalistic teaching opportunities to encourage skill acquisition and personal growth.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working in the ABA field, demonstrating a solid understanding of behavioral principles and techniques.

- Reliable transportation to ensure timely and consistent service delivery.

- Current First Aid certification, or the willingness to obtain certification promptly.

- Strong ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to children, recognizing their individual needs and preferences.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
