This is NOT a residential or group home position.
This role is fully community-based and requires being active, engaged, and on the move throughout your shift.
If you’re looking for a slower-paced or sedentary role, this will not be the right fit.

About the Role
You’ll work 1:1 with individuals to help them build independence, confidence, and real-life skills.
This is hands-on, meaningful work — getting out into the community, building routines, and helping someone live a more connected life.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily life skills (cooking, budgeting, routines)
- Spend time in the community (gym, events, volunteering, jobs)
- Help build social skills and confidence
- Lead creative, individualized activities
- Use positive coaching and support techniques
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and support coordinators
- Track progress and support goals
- Transport individuals to activities and appointments

Schedule
- Flexible, 7 days/week
- Afternoons are the biggest need

Requirements
- Reliable, energetic, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving during shifts and transporting individuals
- Ability to pass background checks
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Human Services, or a related field
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience as a DSP, CNA, RBT, or similar role
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Pay & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay (above market)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
