We are seeking energetic, compassionate professionals to provide one-on-one support during afternoon and evening hours. This is an active, community-based role where you'll spend your shift helping someone learn new skills, participate in activities, and become more independent.

This is NOT a residential, group home, or sit-at-home position.

This role is fully community-based and requires staff who enjoy being active, engaged, and involved throughout their shift. You will need to use your own vehicle.

Schedule

Available Shifts:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with daily living and independence skills
• Assist with community participation and recreational activities
• Attend fitness programs, volunteer opportunities, social events, and outings
• Help build communication, social, and relationship skills
• Support personal goals and community integration
• Transport individuals to activities and appointments
• Document progress and communicate with the support team

Requirements

• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Comfortable driving during shifts
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, ABA, or related field
• Experience supporting individuals with autism
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience in behavioral health, education, caregiving, or human services

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
