Join our Autism Residential Intensive Treatment Team in Southborough, MA — where we provide you with the essential resources, research and education to take your career to the next level.

As an Autism Teacher, you’ll:

  • Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
  • Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals
  • Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
    • Communication and social interaction
    • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene
    • Vocational and pre-employment skills
    • Adaptive physical education and self-preservation
  • Receive paid training and coaching
  • Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a 4-year program
  • Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
  • Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
  • CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
  • NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
