We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Auto Body Coordinator to join our team in Qatar.

Position Overview

The Auto Body Coordinator will oversee repair scheduling, customer communication, workflow coordination, and administrative support within the auto body repair department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in coordinating automotive service operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repair schedules and workshop operations
• Communicate with customers regarding repair progress, timelines, and service updates
• Collaborate with technicians, suppliers, and insurance representatives
• Maintain accurate repair records, estimates, invoices, and service documentation
• Assist in managing workflow to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor parts orders and service requirements
• Support quality control and customer satisfaction processes
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service assistance
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in automotive service coordination, workshop administration, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic understanding of auto body repair processes and automotive terminology is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
