Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and painting, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs on various makes and models of vehicles, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for high-quality finishes on repaired surfaces.
• Conduct auto painting tasks, ensuring color matching and application standards are met.
• Buff and polish vehicles to achieve a flawless appearance post-repair.
• Install auto glass as needed, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and refinishing tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto body repair, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in auto painting techniques, including airless paint spraying.
• Familiarity with buffing procedures to enhance vehicle aesthetics post-repair.
• Experience in welding for structural repairs is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.02 - $20.50 per hour
