Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and efficient Auto Body Technician to join our growing team.

Must be able to complete jobs quickly and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Our shop is fast-paced and production-focused. We are looking for someone reliable, skilled, and motivated who takes pride in high-quality work and can stay productive throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Perform MIG welding and structural repairs
• Sand, mask, and prep vehicles for paint
• Perform auto painting and refinishing
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate job progress with management

Requirements:

• Previous auto body experience required
• Auto painting experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to complete jobs quickly without compromising quality
• Experience with welding, sheet metal, and body filler
• Reliable and punctual
