Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop detailed repair plans to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work using hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and soldering techniques.
• Conduct auto painting utilizing airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth, flawless finishes.
• Repair or replace auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision.
• Fabricate custom parts and modify vehicle components through welding, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Maintain vehicle integrity by performing auto restoration tasks such as sanding, detailing, and finishing touches.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and restoration.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, welding techniques, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and vehicle maintenance.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, auto estimating software, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying for high-quality finishes.
• Experience with auto glass installation and auto body detailing to ensure a polished final product.
