Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural repairs
• Follow OEM repair procedures on every job
• Complete disassembly, repair, and reassembly
• Perform proper welding techniques (steel & aluminum)
• Ensure panel fit, finish, and alignment meets manufacturer standards
• Complete required repair checklists and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with estimators and production team
• Meet production and revenue targets

Technology & Workflow

• Operate within a fully automated production environment for:
• Job assignments
• Repair order tracking
• Digital checklists
• Production flow management
• Time tracking and efficiency monitoring

Qualifications

• A-Tech or strong B-Tech experience required
• Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures
• Experience with:
• Frame repair equipment
• Aluminum repair
• Mechanical repairs
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred
• Ability to perform in a high-performance production environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
