Auto Body Technician A TECH & B TECH

Position: A-Tech Autobody Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex autobody repairs including structural repairs, frame straightening, and panel replacement
• Conduct welding, grinding, and refinishing work to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
• Work with aluminum, steel, and composite materials
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest repair standards
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

• 5+ years of autobody repair experience
• I-CAR or OEM certifications (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret repair plans and blueprints
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Position: B-Tech Autobody Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assist with body repairs including panel alignment, dent repair, and part replacement
• Prep vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)
• Maintain shop equipment and cleanliness
• Support A-Tech technicians and other team members as needed
• Follow safety protocols and shop procedures

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of autobody repair experience or completion of autobody training program
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
