As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician – Frame & Structural Repair to join our team.
This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in restoring vehicles safely and accurately using OEM repair procedures and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has experience performing structural repairs, frame measuring, welding, and complete body repairs while working efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for performing structural and body repairs from disassembly through final fitment. You'll work closely with estimators, production managers, painters, and fellow technicians to ensure every repair meets our quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, structural components, and frame assemblies
- Perform frame straightening and structural measurements using industry-approved equipment
- Read and follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly as required throughout the repair process
- Perform MIG welding, spot welding, aluminum repairs, rivet bonding, and panel replacement when applicable
- Maintain proper panel gaps, body lines, and overall vehicle fit and finish
- Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and production management to maintain workflow and repair accuracy
- Perform quality inspections throughout the repair process before vehicles move to the next production stage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while properly caring for shop tools and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician required
- Experience performing frame and structural repairs in a collision repair facility
- Strong knowledge of unibody construction, structural measuring systems, and repair procedures
- Experience using frame machines and structural repair equipment
- Proficiency with MIG welding, spot welding, panel replacement, and metal repair techniques
- Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and manufacturer repair standards
- Experience working with high-strength steel, aluminum, and modern vehicle materials preferred
- Familiarity with ADAS-equipped vehicles and Electric Vehicles (EVs) is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing safe, high-quality repairs
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative production team
- Valid driver's license required

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
