Auto Body Technician (Zagre, Croatia)

Responsible for repairing vehicle body damage caused by collisions, dents, and corrosion. This role involves restoring vehicles to their original condition using metalworking, dent removal, and body repair techniques while meeting quality, safety, and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements
• Repair dents, creases, and structural damage using dent pulling, hammering, and shaping techniques
• Remove and replace damaged body panels as needed
• Perform frame alignment and straightening using measuring systems and equipment
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for body repairs
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Coordinate with painters and service advisors as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a car denter or auto body technician preferred
• Formal training or certification in auto body repair is a plus
• Knowledge of vehicle body structures and materials (steel, aluminum)
