Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to serve and create to modify AutoCAD drawings, and support project management activities. This role handles initial project setup, assists with estimating (BOMs), and helps coordinate permits and submittals. SolidWorks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and revise manufacturing/assembly drawings in AutoCAD
• Review customer drawings and develop BOMs for quotes
• Learn and apply company systems, materials, and fabrication methods
• Assist with building permits as required
• Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements
• Navigate web-based project information and use MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Work independently and represent the company professionally
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (SolidWorks a plus)
• Experience reading drawings and preparing BOMs
• Strong computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Prior drafting / project coordination experience preferred
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.11 - $30.02 per hour
