Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information about vehicles, dealership services, and current promotions.

Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle services.

Enter customer data and interaction details accurately into the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further needs.

Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues.
