Auto Damage Appraiser

Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser to join our high-end body shop. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and experience estimating repairs on European vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate damage estimates in CCC One.
• Research and document OEM repair procedures (Porsche, Audi, etc.)
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Manage supplements and repair plan updates
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and shop quality standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an auto damage appraiser or estimator
• Experience with Porsche, Audi, or other European brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair documentation
• Proficiency in CCC One.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $54,475.90 - $65,605.39 per year
