Auto Damage Appraiser / Collision Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser/Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with DRP accounts, insurance claims, and customer-pay repairs, while maintaining excellent organization and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate repair estimates and supplements.
• Manage DRP relationships and work with insurance companies.
• Handle customer-pay estimates and explain repairs clearly to customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the repair process.
• Track workload and prioritize tasks to help maintain cycle times.
• Work closely with technicians and production staff to ensure safe, quality repairs.
• Maintain organized files and follow up on approvals as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST have MA Auto Damage Appraisers License
• Previous collision estimating or auto damage appraiser experience required.
• Knowledge of DRP procedures and insurance repair processes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with CCC ONE and OEM repair procedures is preferred.We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a quality repair experience while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
