Job Summary
Join our dynamic automotive team as an Auto Dealership Business Development Center (BDC) Representative! In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between our dealership and prospective customers, driving engagement through proactive communication and exceptional service. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential car buyers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about vehicle options, financing, and dealership services.
  • Schedule test drives, service appointments, and follow-up visits to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities using dealership management software.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and opportunities are maximized.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and promote current dealership specials or promotions.
  • Support the dealership’s marketing initiatives by coordinating communication efforts across various channels.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or dealership management systems is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in automotive sales or customer service is advantageous. Pay: $23.38 - $28.16 per hour
