Auto Dealership Salesperson with Finance Experience

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Ford Sales Professional to join our successful sales team.This is a commission-based role focused solely on selling Ford vehicles. Your drive and success directly impact your income, offering a truly lucrative opportunity. While this position is 100% sales, you'll have the unique chance to learn about automotive financing and build the foundation for potential future career advancement into a finance role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Ford expert. Develop a deep understanding of our full lineup, including features, benefits, and pricing, to guide customers effectively.
  • Identify customer needs. Listen to customers to understand their specific requirements and help them find the perfect vehicle that meets their lifestyle.
  • Master the sales process. Confidently conduct product demonstrations, lead test drives, and use professional sales techniques to close deals and exceed your sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and create a network of referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records. Keep all customer and vehicle information current within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate and grow. Work with our team to meet dealership goals and take advantage of ongoing training to sharpen your sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the automotive industry. We're looking for salespeople who can sell, not someone who wants to spend all their time on the finance side.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-achieving team.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
