Auto Glass Master Technician "4 YEARS EXPERIECE REQ"

About the Role:

This is a working/hands on Store Manager role and applicants must be experienced in installing Auto Glass.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Glass Store Manager to join our team at Auto Glass Brands LLC dba Nations Auto Glass Springdale, OH 45246, as the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auto glass store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Store Sales and Oversee Expansion of the business
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the auto glass store
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Lead and motivate a team of auto glass technicians and sales staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist in quoting and scheduling work
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Actively participate in the installation of auto glass of all types

Requirements:

• 3+ years of management experience in Auto Glass or automotive industry
• 2+ years of auto glass installation experience
• 1+ years of experience developing commercial accounts
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to complete and pass a criminal background check
• Knowledge of auto glass products and services
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
