• Position: Auto Insurance Live Transfer Agent
• Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000 per month (Higher compensation available based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and qualify prospects for auto insurance.
• Engage customers professionally and build rapport.
• Transfer qualified, interested customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Meet daily and monthly transfer targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Auto Insurance Live Transfers, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, or Call Center Sales is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
