If you have experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service and know how to close deals, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in the auto insurance industry. We’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to grow with our team.

What We Offer:

• Paid Training: Start strong with comprehensive training.
• Licensing Support: Training and licensing assistance provided. You must obtain your insurance license within the 90-day probationary period to continue in the program.
• Earning Potential for New Agents:
• During your first few months, expect to earn $3,200–$18,500+ per month.
• Income increases as you gain experience.
• Earning Potential for Experienced Agents:
• Experienced agents typically earn $75,000–$130,000 annually.
• We offer 50–70% commissions on Broker Fees, depending on your sales.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Organized and responsible
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Familiar with social media and basic computer skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Eligible to obtain an insurance license

Preferred Experience:

• Auto Insurance Sales: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
• Spanish language skills
• Insurance Producer License
