Location: In-Office Position
As an Auto Liability PD Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of auto liability and property damage claims from initial investigation through final resolution. Key responsibilities include:

Review assigned claims and determine the appropriate course of action using technical expertise and sound judgment.

Conduct thorough investigations involving coverage, liability, damages, and policy analysis.

Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation throughout the life of each claim.

Evaluate, negotiate, settle, or deny first- and third-party liability claims based on investigation findings.

Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, vendors, attorneys, and internal business partners.

Gather evidence, establish facts, and develop claim strategies to support timely resolution.

Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority approval.

Identify and report adverse underwriting information discovered during investigations.

Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and unfair claims practices requirements.

Manage vendor relationships while maintaining quality service standards and cost efficiency.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum of 3 years of auto liability and property damage claims handling experience

Active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License

Strong analytical, investigative, organizational, and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to effectively manage multiple claims and competing priorities

Working knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and applicable state regulations

Experience working in an automated claims processing environment

Knowledge of fraud detection and loss prevention practices

Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners

Non-Standard Auto Insurance experience
-
Multi-State Adjuster Licensing
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
