Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Duties
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
- Coordinate with product management to develop marketing materials that support product launches and updates.
- Oversee advertising sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and monitor expenditures to maximize efficiency.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, promotions, and user experience on digital platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and experience managing multichannel campaigns across various platforms.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent research skills combined with creativity to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
