Auto Mechanic

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, electrical, transmission, brakes, suspension).
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Technical certification or diploma in Automotive Technology (preferred).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Identify and repair issues in engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Install and replace vehicle parts (batteries, filters, belts, spark plugs, etc.).
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Keep accurate service and repair records.
• Advise customers on repair needs, costs, and maintenance schedules.
