Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance and repair. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues effectively. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. Ownership possibly in the near future

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs.
• perform other necessary adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Inspect vehicles for safety issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role in a dealership or repair shop setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on automotive electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Certification from an accredited automotive program is advantageous but not mandatory.
