AUTO MOTIVE DETAILIER

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cars and an "eagle eye" for cleanliness. You won't just be washing cars; you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to showroom condition using professional-grade tools, chemicals, and techniques. Key Responsibilities Exterior Restoration: Perform thorough hand washes, clay bar treatments, and apply waxes or ceramic sealants. Paint Correction: (Optional - include if needed) Operate high-speed buffers and polishers to remove swirl marks and scratches. Interior Deep Cleaning: Vacuum, steam clean, and extract carpets and upholstery. Clean all surfaces, including dashboards, vents, and headliners. Leather Care: Clean and condition leather seating to prevent wear and tear. Quality Control: Conduct a final "white glove" inspection to ensure the vehicle meets company standards before delivery. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and ensure detailing tools/chemicals are stocked and organized. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in professional detailing or car washes preferred (but we are willing to train the right person). Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet for long shifts, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions. Technical Skills: Familiarity with pressure washers, steamers, and buffing machines. Attention to Detail: You notice the small things—like dust in a cup holder or a streak on the windshield.
