Job Description:

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Auto Painter with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive painting industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring even coverage.
• Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Repair and repaint damaged areas as needed.
• Maintain and organize painting supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations in the painting process.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on new painting techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Auto Painter.
• Proficient in various painting techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting and hazardous materials.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
