Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our automotive services and products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through effective communication and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (Chinese and English are Required.)

Duties

• Engage with customers to promote automotive services and products effectively.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with order fulfillment, stocking, and cashiering duties as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication skills.
• Conduct retail sales activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with retail math, inventory management, and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance customer interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
