Auto Parts Specialist

EXPERIENCED PARTS SPECIALIST / PARTS CONSULTANT

We are seeking a mature, experienced Parts Specialist who takes pride in their craft and values being part of a strong, professional team.

Volkswagen and/or Subaru experience is preferred. However, we will consider experienced OEM dealership professionals who bring proven performance, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

We are looking for someone steady, reliable, and detail-oriented — a professional who understands that consistency, communication, and culture matter just as much as results.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate sourcing and billing of OEM parts
• Supporting technicians and advisors with efficiency and urgency
• Maintaining inventory integrity and organization
• Managing vendor relationships and backorders
• Contributing to a seamless internal and guest experience
