AUTO SERVICE CASHIER/LOANER COORDINATOR

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AUTO SERVICE CASHIER/LOANER COORDINATOR to join our automotive service team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and handle all cashiering responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage cash register functions
• Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations, check-in, check-out, and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Maintain organized records of loaner vehicles, customer transactions, and service appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
