We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, well-run team.

At J & J Auto Care, we do things differently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Perform maintenance and larger repair jobs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Deliver high-quality, dependable work

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician (flat-rate preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Team-oriented and professional
• Desire to grow in a structured environment
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE certifications are a plus (not required)

Compensation:
Pay based on experience and productivity
$100K+ earning potential for high-performing technicians
