Auto Technician Supervisor

IMMEDIATE START

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in fleet telematics, automotive electronics, or a related field
• Previous experience supervising technicians or leading technical teams
• Strong background in quality control and client relations
• Experience in workshop/fleet operations and sales coordination preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support the team of field technicians during installations
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines
• Conduct quality control checks on installations to maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with operations to drive workshop sales and maximize revenue opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution
• Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and resolving on-site technical issues
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 (depending on experience)
• Additional commission based on sales and project performance
