What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot engines, transmissions, powertrains, brakes, suspension, steering, and complex electrical systems.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Modern Vehicle Tech: Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and calibrate modern safety features.
• Specialized Service: Conduct diesel engine repairs, precision wheel alignments, and general mechanical/welding tasks.
• Routine Upkeep: Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and detailed vehicle safety inspections.
• Customer Care: Build trust with clients by explaining necessary repairs clearly and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Experience)

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of proven mechanic experience in a professional automotive repair shop (Required).
• Dealership Background: Prior dealership experience, especially with GM vehicles or similar brands (Highly Preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with automotive diagnostic software, electrical schematics troubleshooting, and vehicle alignment procedures.
• Tools: Must possess your own tools and a roll-away toolbox suitable for daily shop operations (Required).
• License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Certifications: ASE Certifications or a Texas State Inspector License (A plus / Preferred).
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair or light auto body repair/welding is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $26.33 - $45.00 per hour
