Vision Warranty Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Auto Warranty Claims Adjuster to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing vehicle service contract claims, verifying coverage, and working with repair facilities to support timely and accurate claim decisions.

You’ll use your automotive knowledge every day without standing at a counter, handling walk-in customers, or dealing with the day-to-day pressure of the service lane.

This role offers a more structured and predictable environment:

• No face-to-face customer interaction
• No need to work closely with technicians on the shop floor
• Less back-and-forth between advisors and techs
• No long dealership hours or weekend grind

The right candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and can balance customer service with sound claims judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process auto warranty and vehicle service contract claims
• Verify contract coverage, repair details, and claim eligibility
• Communicate with repair facilities, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status and approvals
• Negotiate parts and labor when needed to ensure fair and accurate claim settlements
• Document claim activity clearly and thoroughly in internal systems
• Identify claim trends, discrepancies, or concerns and escalate when appropriate
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards in a fast-paced environment
• Support positive relationships with customers, dealerships, and repair shops

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive claims, service advising, warranty administration, or automotive repair required
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes
• Ability to read repair orders, estimates, and service contracts
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with claims systems, phone communication, and computer-based tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle service contracts or extended warranty claims
• Background in dealership service, mechanical repair, or claims adjusting
• Bilingual skills are a plus
