Autocad Civil Draughtsman

A. Drafting & Drawing Preparation

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, plans, sections, and elevations for buildings and civil works.
• Update and revise drawings based on site requirements, consultant comments, and engineering instructions.
• Convert engineers’ concepts & sketches into detailed technical drawings.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control.

B. Site Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate with Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers to collect technical data and site measurements.
• Visit the site when required to confirm measurements before finalizing drawings.
• Incorporate red-marked drawings from the site into final drawings.

C. Standards & Compliance

• Ensure all drawings follow Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, RTA, and UAE building code requirements.
• Prepare drawings as per project specifications, consultant comments & quality standards.

D. Material & Quantity Support

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings when needed.
• Assist procurement team with drawing references for BOQs and material submittals.

E. Documentation & Coordination

• Manage drawing logs, revisions, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for drawing approvals.
• Submit drawings on time to avoid delays in construction activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• 6years: 5 years (Required)
