AutoCAD cum Furniture Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD cum Furniture Draftsman with 3–4 years of UAE experience in custom furniture and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing detailed shop drawings ready for factory production and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for custom furniture (wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, vanities, joinery, loose furniture, etc.)
• Develop production-ready drawings with accurate dimensions, materials, finishes, and hardware details
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and factory teams
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and approvals
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE site standards and execution requirements
• Support site teams with clarification drawings and modifications when required
• Maintain organized drawing records and version control

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven UAE experience as an AutoCAD / Furniture Draftsman
• Strong experience in custom furniture & joinery drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Excellent understanding of materials, hardware, and furniture construction
• Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings
• Experience working with interior fit-out companies or furniture factories in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
