Job summary

Seeking an AutoCAD Designer with 1-3 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in civil engineering. Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing: Create and modify detailed drawings using AutoCAD, aligning with project specifications and industry standards.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and integrity of design plans.
• Document Management: Maintain organized records of all design documentation and ensure all updates are clearly communicated to the relevant teams.
• Project Review: Participate in project review meetings to provide insights on design modifications and potential improvements.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS-Office, MS Excel

Key Requirements

• Experience: Less than 1 year to 3 years of experience in AutoCAD designing, particularly in the real estate sector.
• Education: B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with other drafting software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate project designs
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
