Job Title: AutoCAD Designer (with Vastu Knowledge)

Exp-: 6months+

Location: Noida 66

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Based on experience & skills (₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month — approximate)

Role Summary

We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer who can create building and interior drawings while applying Vastu principles. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing project sheets, BOQs, schedules, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD: plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Apply basic/intermediate Vastu principles in design layouts (direction guidelines, placement of rooms, entry, kitchen, bedroom, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients and managers to understand technical requirements and update drawings accordingly.
• Maintain Excel sheets for project schedules, BOQ, cost estimates, task tracking, and reports.
• Participate in drawing review meetings and implement revision notes.
• Maintain proper file naming, version control, and organized CAD folders.
• Conduct site visits (if required) and incorporate Vastu-related inputs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Arch / B.E. (Civil / Architecture) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ Months of practical experience in AutoCAD (industry projects).
• Practical knowledge of Vastu principles (basic/intermediate level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, basic charts, and sheet formatting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max.
• Experience in Vastu consultation.
• Basic understanding of Excel macros or VBA.

Pay: ₹11,378.81 - ₹15,000.00 per month
