AutoCAD Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and will be responsible for creating precise and innovative designs across various projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple CAD software applications and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all designs meet the necessary specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MicroStation, and NavisWorks.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Draft technical drawings, schematics, and layouts for mechanical designs and civil projects.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Modify existing designs based on feedback or changes in project scope.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized records of design files and revisions for future reference.

Experience

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MicroStation, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools is essential.
• Experience in mechanical design or civil engineering projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
