Autocad Designer -2D civil

Experience - Both Senior and Junior(2 to 8)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AutoCAD Draftsman (2D) to join our Aluminium Doors, Windows and Facade Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge in Civil.

Full guidance, technical training, and support will be provided by our Senior Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for Aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall & façade systems.
• Create shop drawings, fabrication drawings.
• Convert architectural drawings into detailed aluminium system drawings.
• Understand profiles, sections, glazing details, gaskets, hardware, fittings.
• Develop elevation, plan, section, and detail drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordination with design team, project team, production & site engineers.
• Review and revise drawings as per client / consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings follow industry standards, accuracy, and company guidelines.
• Prepare BOQ, material take-off (MTO) based on drawings.
• Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely submission.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on knowledge in AutoCAD 2D.
• Good understanding of aluminium systems (doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, ACP façade).
• Knowledge of glazing, aluminium profiles, hardware & sealants.
• Experience with systems like:
• Schüco, Technal, Reynaers, Domal, Alumil, Saint Gobain, Jindal, Sapa, etc. (optional)

Guide by Senior

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Civil, Architecture, or relevant field.
• Certification in AutoCAD preferred.
