AutoCAD Designer (Fresher) – Construction & PEB

We are looking for a motivated AutoCAD Designer to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D drawings and layouts related to construction projects and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) under the guidance of senior engineers and designers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for construction and PEB projects

Create and modify:

General Arrangement (GA) drawings

Structural layouts

Foundation plans

Elevations, sections, and detailing drawings

Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings

Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and site teams for drawing requirements

Revise drawings as per client comments, site conditions, and engineering inputs

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and deadlines

Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control

Support the team in preparing basic BOQs and material layouts (if required)

Software & Technical Skills

Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D)

Understanding of:

Construction drawings

Structural components

PEB concepts (columns, rafters, purlins, bracings – basic level)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in:

Civil Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Architecture

AutoCAD / Drafting-related course

Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)

On-the-job training will be provided for PEB detailing and advanced construction drawings

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
