Job Summary

We are looking for skilled AutoCAD Drafters to join our Millwork and Tiles & Stones drafting teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed shop drawings and coordinating with internal teams and international clients. Candidates may specialize in Millwork or Tiles & Stones, or have experience in both.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Work on custom Millwork and/or Tiles & Stones projects as per project allocation.
• Ensure drawings comply with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, and client-specific standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior drafters to translate design intent into construction-ready drawings.
• Review and revise drawings to maintain accuracy, quality, and constructability.
• Participate in client communications, including emails, calls, and project kick-off meetings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, drafting standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.

Software & Tools

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit (preferred)
• Microvellum (preferred)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant drafting experience (junior profiles may also be considered).
• Experience in Millwork drafting (casework, cabinetry, furniture, joinery) and/or Tiles & Stones drafting.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience (Any One or More)

• Core Millwork drafting for the US / North American market
• Furniture and custom joinery drawings
• Tile & stone shop drawings for walls, floors, countertops, and custom applications
• Client-facing coordination experience

Salary

Negotiable (based on experience and specialization)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
