Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter / Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and detailed plans that drive successful project execution across various sectors. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, enhance project accuracy, and bring creative visions to life through advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools. Duties

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software such as Revit, to meet project specifications and standards.
• Create detailed schematics, system designs, interior layouts, mechanical components, and construction documents for diverse projects.
• Assist in the development of system designs and mechanical layouts ensuring functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Use Bluebeam for markup review, PDF management, and seamless collaboration during the design review process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Revit, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in drafting techniques across disciplines such as architecture, interior design, mechanical systems or construction documentation.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu for PDF editing and markup workflows.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and create detailed drawings from conceptual sketches or verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and ensure project accuracy. Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
