Job Title: Section Draftsman

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Section Draftsman with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a proven ability to prepare accurate section drawings and detailed drafting work for construction/engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate section drawings, layouts, and detailed plans using AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural/structural drawings and convert them into detailed sectional drafts.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and specifications.
• Revise and update drawings as per project requirements or client feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and design teams for clarifications and modifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings for easy retrieval.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman (section/structural/architectural).

Skills needed:

• Strong AutoCAD skills (2D drafting a must; 3D knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
